3 Off-season Baseball Tips
Author:
Jack Perconte

As the baseball season winds down for many, it's time to clear the mind from the past season. First, though, players should plan for these three things in their off-season baseball plans.

1. Write down the three things they want to focus on when they resume baseball activities based on their just completed year. It is easy to forget where to focus on as time goes by.

2. Play a sport in the off-season that is physically more challenging then baseball. Getting in and staying in great physical condition helps when beginning baseball training begins again.

3. Watch the game on TV while taking at least a few months from physically swinging a bat and throwing a ball - players can learn a lot just by observing the best players play.
