Advanced Baseball Academy is a baseball developmental training facility. We are NOT just an ordinary academy or travel team. We are a college Developmental program. Regardless of age or ability level, our programs are designed to help athletes compete on and off the field. We teach our athletes everything from fundamentals to mental preparation, and top of the line skill development. We offer professional instruction and we share our passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the game with each and every person that walks through our doors.

Practices and training sessions are conducted by our professional staff.

Our coaching staff is held to a high standard in regards to professionalism, focus on player development and knowledge of current coaching trends and techniques.

The atmosphere of Sticks baseball is professional on the field and in the stands, always. Players, coaches, and parents will be held accountable in that regard.

In many pockets of the DC area, participation in baseball remains low while basketball and football dominate the athletic landscape. DC Dynasty is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We have a strong desire to work with kids that are dedicated to reaching their full potential. At a minimum, we strive to teach life lessons through baseball and prepare our athletes for competition at the college level.
