Over the course of the past twenty years, there has been a shift in the landscape of youth baseball. Hyper-competitive environments and win-at-all-costs mentalities have replaced efforts to foster skill development, leadership, character, and preparation for life after the game. Founded as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (CST Baseball Inc.) in 2006, the Twelve works against the grain to focus more on the development of players and future leaders.

Every kid that has developed through our program that has tried out for their high school team has made their team, but is that enough? Every student athlete that has graduated high school in our organization has had the opportunity play collegiate baseball, but is that enough? A few of our young men that have come through the organization has had the opportunity to play pro baseball, but is that enough? Teaching these young men how to play baseball is the easy part! Getting our student athletes ready to compete in high school and college to play baseball is the easy part!
