UPDATE We have found a Donor

Recently a mother I'm connected with on Facebook had her car vandalized and sadly her son's baseball bag full of catchers equipment was stolen. Luckily, no one was injured and while things can be replaced, it's come at a poor time due to the spring baseball season having already started. Since the bag isn't attached to the vehicle it's not covered by auto insurance and there are already costs associated with the car repairs.

The first meeting with team parents and the first meeting with the players is crucial for a smooth season. Coaches must prepare for both because the first impression buys the coaching staff time to gain respect from all. At the preseason parents meeting coaches should state their coaching credentials, coaching philosophy, team and parent rules and expectations along with team goals.
