The mission of the Spikes Baseball Club is to teach the game of baseball at the highest level, provide a positive atmosphere for both the players and parents, experience high levels of competition and to grow together as a team. The Spikes will strive to compete strongly in any arena we enter. We will provide outstanding leadership and coaching so that our players may learn strong fundamental baseball skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. Our philosophy of baseball is to learn the fundamentals, work as a team, have fun and play the game with class. We as coaches will instruct, develop and mold our players to be the best they can be on and off the baseball diamond. Parent involvement is the key to our organization. We need parents to commit to the development of not only their child but all of the players.
