Common Injuries in Baseball and How to Treat Them
By Chris Sloan, 0 CommentsFollowing is a baseball coaching reminder for players practicing this time of year, knowing their first games are not until next baseball season. One of the first things I tell my baseball students is, "There will be times things get boring and repetitive. That is the nature of sports. But remember, you do them all out knowing that the work will pay off in the end. If you just go through the motions now, it catches up to you next season. There are no shortcuts to success." Many players have a hard time relating what they do now will pay off later.
After playing major league baseball, Jack Perconte has taught baseball and softball since 1988 and offered valuable coaching training too. He has helped numerous youth players reach their potential, as well as having helped parents and coaches navigate their way through the challenging world of youth sports. Jack is one of the leading authorities in the areas of youth baseball training and coaching training advice.
