I am born and raised in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. I started when I was 5 years old playing ball and training with my dad in our yard. I played all the way thru recreation ball as well as JV and High School where I played for the Ferndale Falcons out of North Charleston, South Carolina. I excelled at Pitching. At any given point I was ranked number 8 in SCISSA Athletics in the state of South Carolina. In my career I pitched 5 no hitters and only had 7 losses. My senior year I took a ball back to the mound that hit me in my side and fractured 2 ribs. I missed the entire last half of my senior year. I had many opportunities scholarships but with my injury and recovery the interest dwelled away. So I fully recovered and I joined the United States Coast Guard where I honorably served for 10 years. But thru the years in the Coast Guard on the side I had training camps for young kids to teach them pitching mechanics , hitting mechanics , Pitching Recognition and fielding basics. After the military I moved back home where I started Moultrie Baseball academy and started coaching recreational ball for the last 8 seasons. As a coach for Recreation I am 56 - 18, coached the all stars multiple years. Due to my career I had to close Moultrie Baseball Academy but now in 2021 I am re opening it and now have a travel team for the academy the Moultrie Wave 16U team. We will be starting other travel teams at different ages as we grow and more coaches come available. I am currently running out of my 9 acres, with cage and pitching lane setups. We are looking to purchase or lease a facility in Moncks Corner as soon as one we feel is best fit come available. Thank you.
