Another batting drill to help coaches find the best way for each hitter to use to prepare to swing the bat. many youth hitters have good swings but they fail to get the bat ready with any rhythm, which causes them to be late on the ball or change the proper sequence of the baseball swing. This hitting drill is a method many major league players use including Kris Bryant of the Chicago Cubs. This drill helps with hitters who cannot keep their bat in the correct hitting position when they load they load the bat. With this hitting technique, players begin the bat the opposite of how they want to have it with the idea of automatically loading it to the correct hitting position.
