By Chris Sloan, 0 CommentsWhenever my mind gets a little dry, I turn to greatness, and it always works to inspire me to come up with something to write about. It's fastening what reading about or listening to "genius" can do to motivate. One of the all-time greatest coaches, Phil Jackson, was known to pass out books to players. I am sure they were remarkable stories about genius people or genius stories, I assume his intention was the same thing - to inspire. Youth coaches do not have to go to that extent, but even short stories about exceptional people and games help motivate and encourage.
After playing major league baseball, Jack Perconte has taught baseball and softball since 1988 and offered valuable coaching training too. He has helped numerous youth players reach their potential, as well as having helped parents and coaches navigate their way through the challenging world of youth sports. Jack is one of the leading authorities in the areas of youth baseball training and coaching training advice.
