Adrian Beltre, lockdown third baseman, kneeling homerun hitter, future hall of famer and now JCPenny commercial star?
You read that right, Adrian Beltre and his family were out shopping during the Christmas season this past year and somehow came upon host, Jacqui Saldana. Jacqui and her team are obviously out doing some good deeds for shoppers and offer to purchase items for them and discuss what makes the holidays special for them. Adrian proves once again why he was always one of my favorite players and is really just a down to earth nice guy. They ask if the gifts can be donated instead and the host is happy to allow them to do that.
It's great because we're all used to seeing sports stars on commercials, but it's funny to see him and his family when clearly the host and crew have no idea who he is!
