I have been conducting baseball camps and clinics for over 23 years now. You would think I could do it in my sleep by now. But often, when I do not have a written plan for that days schedule, I get off track, lose sight of time, and accomplish much less than I set out to do that day. Coaches should have a written planfor each practice and follow it as closely as possible. Of course, coaches must have a good idea what to coach. With spring training right around the corner, it is time for coaches to begin reading up on baseball coaching drills and coaching techniques. In addition, coaches should draw up their philosophy of coaching to present to parents and players at the beginning of the season. With a little preparation, you and your team will getso much more out of practicesand games. Great Coaching philosophy here- click
