The Central Florida Lake Monsters are a youth baseball organization that continues to grow each season. Originally created back in 2012 with just 9 players as "bonus baseball" in between rec ball seasons, the CFL Lake Monsters have grown into multiple teams who have won multiple championships at national tournaments, including Disney against teams from across the U.S. and other countries, as well as against local competition at tournaments throughout the Central Florida area.
Even though the organization continues to grow, the team philosophy has never changed: create a fun and rewarding advanced youth baseball experience in a family focused environment. Our coaching staff consists of dads passionate about baseball. These dads are experienced as both players (all played baseball at various levels ranging from high school to minors) and coaches (over 50 years of total experience coaching and running youth baseball organizations). Most importantly, these dads are not compensated. Our coaches are not driven by money, they are driven by their passion for baseball and desire to pass along their knowledge/love of the game to the next generation of baseball players.
