We are a new indoor facility located in Lancaster, Pa. Sports Plex Velocity is the training site of the Lancaster Jr. Barnstormers. Velocity Baseball is a program of Sports Plex Velocity, Velocity Baseball is a developmental baseball program which supports our local recreation leagues. Our primary focus is on player development through individual sessions, position specific clinics and strength/conditioning.
Velocity Baseball is a new program and is currently in the start up phase. We are seeking experienced head and assistant coaches for 9U-13U. College or above playing experience STRONGLY preferred. Players graduating from Velocity Baseball have preferential access to the Lancaster Jr. Barnstormers travel program (14U-18).
